The hour is yours so if you only have a few small issues you can fill the rest of your time with training or personalization, like making the text larger so you can actually read it. Not sure what the problem is? That's ok! We offer a flat rate Diagnostic fee and you have us fix your issue, half gets refunded to go into the labor cost!
